It's wonderful to be part of the Commercial Cookery Industry Consultation held at the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) today. The event brought together a group made up of Chefs and Food & Beverage Managers which I was proud to attend representing our start up-Hombina Grill & Cafe.
